Hi Jordan! Place a bowl on you scale and hit zero/tare to tare the bowl out. Then add your entire mass of dough. Divide the number by 12 to give you your exact weight for each roll šŸ™‚

Do you have the recommendation for weight of each shaped dough ball in grams?

Hi Michael! We haven’t tried that, so we can’t say for sure! Let us know how it goes if you give that a try!

Hello!

Can these be made as clover rolls? If so, would all the baking directions be the same?

Hi Emily! Just in case your rolls spill over as they rise and bake, I would recommend using a pan with higher sides, or using two 9×13 pans as you mentioned. This will also ensure that your rolls are uniform and pretty, as well as baking evenly. I hope that helps! Happy baking šŸ™‚

Could I bake the rolls on a half sheet pan or would two 13x9s be better? All one pan would be easier but Iā€™m not sure if they need the support from the sides of the pan.

Just a follow-up: I’ve made these every year for Thanksgiving dinner over the past 10 years! They’re always great and a family favorite.
